The mission of McDonald & Harman is to provide legal services to advance the interests of animals and groups who have been marginalized or victimized based on gender or sex, while offering clients a safe, approachable, comfortable environment for redress via the legal process.
At McDonald & Harman, we believe there is a profound connection between gender equality and animal rights. While very few firms focus on animal rights or gender rights, we are dedicated to these cases. By filling a need for legal services in these fields, we seek to further both of these incredibly worthy movements. Most importantly, we use the legal system to seek tangible improvements in the lives of those we represent.
We know that the legal system can be intimidating. Because of our respective backgrounds, we can give our clients the attention their cases deserve without continually frustrating them or inadvertently re-victimizing them. We seek to provide our clients with tranquility throughout the legal process.
